One of the UK's largest providers of IT services is looking for Service Desk Analysts to work for their client, based in Nottingham.
Can you handle both 1st and 2nd line support activities? Do you have the ability to work to SLA, have an impressive First Time Fix rate and be able to deliver customer-focused support to a diverse and large user base?
You must be able to break incidents down to their component parts and quickly determine their resolution. Owning incidents to completion is key, as is the ability to keep the user informed and resolve any other issues that may impact on the resolution.
Based in Nottingham you will work on a rotating 7am – 7pm shift basis, earning £12.15 an hour (via umbrella) for a 37.5 hour week. This post is offered initially for 3 months has the potential to be a long-term contract. Full training will be provided.
