Service Desk Analyst – Reigate

An excellent opportunity to join a well-established organisation who are looking for an experienced Service Desk Analyst to provide expert level 1st line support to an established client base across a shift pattern of 9.30am – 6pm.

This is a hybrid role requiring one or two days in the office a week.

The Service Desk Analyst will be supporting the Service Desk Manager to deliver SLA's by effective logging, prioritising, categorising and resolving all support tickets. Support will be delivered to ITIL best practice across all software and hardware to all business levels in line with internal SLA's.

In order to be considered for this Service Desk Analyst role the following experience is required:

Proven 1st Line / Service Desk / Helpdesk experience
Previous experience of O365 & Exchange online, Windows 10. MS Office and remote support
Microsoft support and configuration of Windows 10
Active Directory
Experience of maintaining all Service Desk ticket logs and call logging systems
Ability to reprioritise tasks/workload and effectively support major incidents, ensuring communications and critical information is disseminated effectivelyBenefits:
