Service Desk Engineer
Up to £30k
We are working with a leading Medical Technology company who provide services and diagnostics to the NHS, Private Hospitals and Practitioners. They have successfully built and manage their own technologies and supported over 400,000 patients.
The business has around 25 servers and 150 desktops/laptops to manage and around 3,000 medical devices that integrate with their systems and analysis platform.
They are looking for a 1st/2nd Line, Service Desk Engineer to provide support to their customers and internal team.
We are looking for skills including:
Previous experience working within an IT support environment
Excellent understanding of the installation and management of Microsoft Windows
Good understanding of networking
Good understanding of Microsoft Server operating systems
Good understanding of Office 365 or Google Workspace
Basic understanding of AWS or Azure
Basic understanding of cyber security Benefits include:
