A leading IT Digital Solutions client based in Birmingham are seeking a Service Desk Engineer to join them for a period of 6 weeks operating on an Outside IR35 Contract.
This role will be based across 6 x days of the week including weekends operating on a shift pattern. All work is to be completed on-site in Central Birmingham supporting a large scale sporting event. The shift patterns across both days and nights to ensure complete support throughout the duration of the contract.
You will need to work alongside other team members in the fast-growing Team of 3. You will help to support the deployed IT solutions of which are all Microsoft based with M365, Azure and SaaS software solutions.
Service Desk Engineer:
Desktop support experience
M365 Experience – Teams/OneDrive
Deployments of hardware – tablets, printers, laptops, phones
The interview process will involve 2 x Team Interviews with the Director.
This is an urgent requirement for the business and are looking to arrange interviews as early as this week.
