Service Desk Engineer
£30,000 – £35,000 + Benefits + Hybrid Working
Our client is a highly successful, expanding provider of innovative data protection services.
Well established and partnered with a leading backup brand, they are looking to recruit experienced 2nd Line Service Desk Engineers.
Hybrid working is on offer with the successful candidate being expected to be in the office two days per week with the remainder of the week working remotely.
What you need:
* Solid knowledge of working in a 2nd line service desk position
* Experience gained with O365k Active Directory, Windows Server, Networking, Firewalls etc.
* Extensive knowledge of Virtualisation (Hyper-V, VM-Ware), Backup and Storage solutions.
* A "can do" attitude with a willingness to get stuck in.
* Exposure to working in an MSP environment is preferable but not essential.
