Shirley (West Midlands) Hybrid (3 days WFH)
£25,000 – £30,000
Gleeson Recruitment are working on an exciting opportunity alongside a rapidly growing business based in Shirley. We're searching for an established Service Desk Engineer with a passion to develop their career as a confident IT professional, delivering high quality national technical support services.
Essential
Strong Technical Knowledge
DHCP
Active Directory
Office 365
Windows Desktop/Server OS
DNS
Ability to multi-task.
Work well independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
Able to drive and have access to a vehicle
Desirable
Experience working in a similar role
Experience working with Sharepoint
A good understanding of networking.
ServiceNow
Microsoft Certifications
ITIL v4 Foundation
Be willing to be part of any future implemented on-call rotas
