Job Description

I am looking for a 1st line Service desk engineer to join a thriving MSP in Coventry on a permanent basis. As the 1st line Service Desk engineer you will be tasked with providing remote and onsite support to 400 customers across the Midlands and the South of the UK, you will act as the first point of escalation and will escalate any problems to the 2nd and 3rd line engineers. You will resolve issues that have been logged through the ticketing system & provide remote and onsite 1st line support to 400+ customers via the service desk
You will ensure the issues are resolved and escalated to the 2nd and 3rd line engineers
Shadow the senior engineers to progress and improve your technical knowledge
Ensure clients receive timely and regular updates on all reported issues
Ensure all documentation is completed and kept up to dateTechnical Skills from you:

Windows Server
Windows 10
Active Directory
Exchange
Office 365
