Service Desk Engineer – Stockport – Up to £22k
1st Line, Windows, Apple, Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS
 
This well-established organisation requires a driven and self-motivated IT Support Engineer to join their busy technical services team and motivate those around them. The key to this role is providing first class support to managed services customers. The IT Support Engineer will perform 1st line support resolving incidents, product upgrades and proactive support.
                                                                                                        
The current vacancy is for an innovative IT solutions organisation who are looking for a Service Desk Engineer to provide specialist 1st line support. Ideally, you will have a minimum of 1 years’ experience working in similar roles. You will be providing support over the phone and in person. You will be monitoring and manages customer systems and creating and updated project documentation.
 
Key requirements:

Excellent 1st line experience support Apple and Windows desktop operating systems
Knowledge of MS suite of products and Windows Server installation and administration
Understanding of networking fundamentals
Active Directory administration
O365 technologies
Internal and Public DNS troubleshooting
