Job Description

My client, a housing association, is looking for an experienced Service Desk Team Leader for an initial 3 month contract to support the organisation whilst they recruit for a permanent role. There can be extensive remote working though during the first few weeks of familiarisation you will be mostly in the office.

There could be scope for a contract to permanent situation with this role and please make an application should this be of interest.

My client has a small Service Desk team, and they are looking for an experienced Lead/Manager with a track record of leading teams, managing work rotas, working towards SLAs with a strong technical background to act as an escalation point. Strong experience with ITIL support standards is required for this role.

The technology focus is around Microsoft with Windows operating systems & Server, Active Directory, O365, SharePoint, Azure and other associated technologies. ITIL support standards are utilised in this role.

As indicated, this is an initial contract role whilst my client looks to recruit into a permanent role with an expected duration of 3 months.
