Main Duties as ServiceNow Developer

* Cover applications and modules

* Be responsible for administrating, configuring and developing the companies platform

* Provide support services to clients by developing tech solutions in line with their business needs

* Analyse, troubleshoot and resolve system issues

* Gather user requirements – understand and analyse them in order to improve the system capability, workflow, development, and delivery

Qualifications and Skills

* Experience in ServiceNow application and modules, administration, and development aspects

* Experience with JavaScript

* Knowledge of Angular front-end framework or Bootstrap

* Experience in troubleshooting

* Ability to demonstrate building and deploying scalable and secure code releases

* Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and manage workload

* Strong written and verbal communication skills and professional problem-solving skills

* Attention to detail, commitment to accuracy, and organisation skills
