Job Description

This is a senior leadership role with accountability for the exploitation of the ServiceNow platform with one of our major clients. The role demands leadership and oversight, ensuring team alignment to business strategy and the ServiceNow roadmap, and is actively involved in the overarching governance of the platform. You will have responsibility for evolving the ServiceNow strategy and evolving the operating and governance models.

What you'll bring:
Enterprise and/or ICT service management
ICT financial management
Platform Governance as recommended by ServiceNow
A broad understanding of the Now platform from a technical, business and commercial perspectiveIt would be great if you had:
Bachelor/Master's Degree or equivalent in an ICT discipline
You should have extensive experience working in business IT services
Experience with complex IT environments
Experience with the ServiceNow platform
ITIL Foundations certification
Ability to manage competing priorities
Excellent written and oral communication
