12 month Fixed Term Contract job role – ServiceNow Technical Specialist
This is a global business with incredible brand. Based from offices located in Surrey 3 days a week.
This is a newly created role that will support ServiceNow HR deployments.
Duties for the role will include:
Attend design workshops, define to-be processes and policies in line with design principles to create a unified experience and maintain consistency in technical architecture
Developing and troubleshooting in line with ServiceNow best practice as well as day-today operational troubleshooting
Service Delivery Transformation – leveraging the ServiceNow platform to enable HR and other business modules
Lead stakeholder review meetings to establish and scope work and agree schedule of development cycle releases
Evaluate emerging ServiceNow technologies and the evolution of current functionality to help define roadmaps to meet business needs
Prepare accurate reports in a timely manner for planning and other relevant information/dataSkills/Experience required:
Strong technical experience of the ServiceNow platform – Expertise in ServiceNow development, implementation, and integration
In-depth and demonstrated knowledge of ServiceNow employee workflow and HRSD capabilities
Excellent communication skills / stakeholder engagement experience comfortable leading and engaging with varying audience
Certified ServiceNow System Administrator ideally
