Job Role: Software Developer

Location: Kettering

Salary: £55,000 (DOE)

We are looking for a skilled software developer for our client's in-house team. Our client is an established company that has been in the fleet sector for almost 40 years, providing unrivaled attention and support to organisations with vehicle fleets, whether they operate in the public or private sectors. They have resisted the trend of adopting a process-driven call centre culture and instead offer personalised attention to their clients, resulting in ongoing cost savings and heightened driver mobility.

As a software developer, you will have the opportunity to work with a passionate and dynamic team to build bespoke platforms using the latest technology. You will be responsible for:

Responsibilities:

Developing systems using C# and .Net Core

Applying modern software development practices at all stages of work

Participating in all stages of development

Solving technical issues and collaborating with team members across all departments

Requirements for the role include:

Very strong C# skills

Deep understanding of .NET Core

Experience developing using MVC

Experience developing RESTful APIs

Experience using testing frameworks like xUnit/MsTest and Moq.

Experience using Azure DevOps

Experience with Azure cloud service

Exposure to CI/CD Pipelines

TDD
