You will be accountable for…

Project teams to provide technical steer, estimates and identify potential challenges
Being a go-to person for technical queries about our applications
Working with Microsoft Visual Studio Team System (VSTS) to manage source code, covering the applications' lifecycle
Ensuring your team are making valuable contributions to scrum activities
Working collaboratively to assess the potential impact of a range of Leading and managing the delivery of enhancements across all our core applicationsRequirements:

Previous line management experience – driving performance through team.
Broad experience of creating codes and development frameworks across a range of applications, with advanced expertise in relation to at least one of Dynamics CRM, Azure or SharePoint Online
Considerable success as a software developer working with a range of technologies in partnership with 3rd party suppliers
Working with business users to deliver on their requirements – you'll need to understand clearly what your customers are using the systems for.
Test driven development, unit testing and continuous integrationDesirable but not essential…

Holding a current developer's certificate
Having extensive Microsoft development experience in C# –
Good knowledge of best practices for .NET development
messaging, especially MSMQ
Rest services
relational databases
knowledge of PowerShell
