Software Engineering Manager
We're working with a well funded scale up with a strong presence in the UK and USA. Due to growth they are now looking to recruit a Software Engineering Manager, the role will lead a team of 4 Data Engineers and report to the CTO. The business is based on a technology product used by millions, as the Software Engineering manager you and your team will have a direct impact on all areas of the business.
The Opportunity
The organisation is on an exciting data journey with huge plans for the future! This Software Engineering Manager role will be 50% hands on and 50% hands off managing the team. The company are very data and tech focused and have lots of plans for greenfield projects. We are looking for a Software Engineering Manager who is curious, who has an opinion and is determined to make a difference!
Skills and Experience
Experience leading technical teams
Strong knowledge of AWS (or other cloud platforms)
Experience working with Python or Java
Experience working with CI/CD
