In your role as Software Implementation Consultant you will be responsible for the implementation of a suite of software and SaaS solutions, including customer assessment, scope, configuration, installation, training, testing, production switch over and documentation / reporting. The role is a mix of business analysis and project management with a consulting role and also with technical tasks as installation, configuration and testing.

You will provide services to a growing base of customers in the UK and abroad.

Educational Requirements:

Degree level, or equivalent experience.

Essential Experience:

3+ years – hands-on experience in software package implementations (either in a software
company, system integrator or in house)
JavaScript coding (or any modern Web Script language)
Experience defining and developing business requirements and functional specifications

Competencies:

Strong customer-facing skills/ customer service skills
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to assess customers' technical and business needs
Ability to conduct design and requirement assessment workshops by engaging effectively with all
stakeholders
Ability to function effectively in a fast paced environment and be involved in multiple projects
simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to travel
