As a Software Manager, you will play a critical role in leading the development of our software systems for traditional two channel hi-fi loudspeakers, home theatre systems, sub-woofers, and architectural loudspeakers. You will work closely with our R&D team and other departments to ensure that our software meets the highest standards of performance, design, and usability.

Can be hands on or hands off but the ideal candidate should have experience managing software development teams, with a good understanding of software engineering principles, project management methodologies, and embedded software development.

Any Test-Driven Development experience also an advantage to help establish and maintain a culture of test Driven Development within the team but not essential.
