TEAMS: WORK IN THE SQL & DATA TEAM or DevOPs & INFRASTRUCTURE TEAM
EXPERIENCE LEVEL: Positions ideally suited to IT graduate with – 24 plus months experience..or more!

Given what they’ve achieved in recent times, they are entering a new phase of growth and now require two Software Support Engineers for a role that involves solving complex technical problems, while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
The sort of experience are we looking for?
12-24 months experience of working in a Product, Application or Tech support role
Experience with SQL – work / academic – advantageous
Understanding of AWS (Amazon Web Services) – advantageous
Understanding of JSON and API/REST endpoints – advantageous
Experience of access management within Active Directory
Ability to identify, diagnose, resolve technical problems
Monitor customer systems and upgrade server and patching
Any experience of DevOps – advantageous
Willingness to contribute to product / service delivery continuous improvement
Build out a library of Standard Operating Process and Documentation
The team is full of experienced and capable colleagues that will support you, sharing insights and information that will enable you to become a subject matter expert, in all aspects of the products, infrastructure and platforms, including more complex part of the system integration / implementation as new customers come on board. This means you’ll build a brand new skillset and gain experience that will stand you in good stead in the future.
Please Note: The company provides round the clock tech support. As such there will be times when you’ll need to be on call, out of normal working hours. This rota is split between the team, and an additional payment will be made at these times.
