    Application Support Engineer 
    Norwich
    £30,000 – £37,000 Per Annum
     
    Cooper Lomaz are delighted to be working with a company based in Norwich to source a Application Support Engineer. This role will require the successful candidate to have a proficient working knowledge of SQL server and databases. Reporting directly to the IT manager, you will need to be methodical in your field and have a strong attention to detail.
     
    The role:

    Perform routine maintenance
    Delivering IT support and resolving issues in a timely manner according to the company policies
    Review, write and implement technical process
    Deliver technical training to colleaguesAbout you:

    Experience working in an IT Support environment, internally or through an MSP
    Expert knowledge on SQL server and databases
    Working knowledge of M365 and packages that bolt on
    Dynamics or SAP working expereince is advantagous 
    Proven history of working to KPIs is advantageous
    Experience within a PRINCE2-led environment would be advantageous 
    This role is an onsite role and will require you to be able to commute to Norwich
