Our innovative, thriving client, is seeking a Support Desk Analyst on a full time, permanent basis.
The appointed Support Desk Analyst will be joining a company that put its employees at the centre of its success.
The Support Desk Analyst will be the primary contact for technical support. Daily tasks include configuring, installing, and troubleshooting a variety of hardware, and software solutions.
Resolve IT service issues against pre-agreed SLAs
Ensure requests for assistance are responded to in a timely manner against pre-agreed SLAs
Diagnose, analyse, document, and log support activities in the service desk ticketing system
Use effective guided questioning techniques appropriate to the audience to understand issues reported
Collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels and with different operational roles across all departments of the business
Liaise and collaborate with 3rd parties when appropriate
Travel via provided pool or company car as required to support other local sites
Previous experience within a customer service focused role
Strong written and spoken communication skills
Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
Experience with telephone-based customer support
Excellent organisational, prioritisation, and time management skills
Valid full UK Driving License
