Your deliverables

Manage Zendesk proactively – ensure support tickets are allocated and answered in a timely manner with adherence to clients SLA’s to ensure we deliver on time to our users and clients

Provide high quality support to both internal and external clients for all Sun Technology’s products and IT to provide them with a positive experience

Escalate issues which can’t be successfully resolved to the Client Technology Manager (or delegate) and/or development team to prevent blockages

Provide ongoing feedback to Client Technology Manager and Product Owner (or delegates) to enable preventive measures to be put in place to help resolve user and client issues

Help producing test scripts and carry out Business Scenario Testing to provide users with clear and accurate testing documents

Ensure we provide high quality support to both internal and external clients across all Sun Technology products to provide them with a positive experience

Assist with Configuration changes across the full ecosystem of SaaS tools to provide users with a positive experience of the product
