Location: Hybrid (Any UK Office)

Are you an experienced automation professional, looking for a new challenge in your career? Do you have demonstrable experience in working with API? Have you previously automated a Joiners, Movers, Leavers process or something similar? Interested in working for an innovative and award-winning company who support the development of your career? I’m looking to speak with individuals who are comfortable collaborating with various teams as part of a project. You will be able to demonstrate that you can use low code automated tools such as Power Platform and Logic Apps. You must be able to manage 3rd party supplier relationships and educate colleagues on how to use the systems you have developed.

Key Responsibilities

Review current processes and investigate and recommend how automation tools can reduce turnaround times on account processing
Become the SME for the Joiners, Movers, Leavers automation project
Work in conjunction with internal teams and external suppliers to investigate 3rd party systems and make recommendations for the JML solution
Scope, build, test and deliver new interfaces and integration packages
Propose solutions for any risks identified as part of the project
Attend project call and provide progress updates to stakeholders
Produce and update technical documentation for the various stages of the work you have completed

Passionate about trialling and testing new systems and ways of working
Strong relationship building skills with internal and external stakeholders
Capable of mentoring team members
Excellent documentation skills
Determination and focus to implement change
Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail
Desired experience with:

API usage, patterns, gateways and best practices
Power Platform
Logic Apps
Azure, particularly Azure AD, Azure Automation and Log Analytics
Authentication methods, access management and least privileged principles
Supplier management
