SKILLS REQUIRED:

Experience in System Engineering and familiar with one or more of the following:

Requirements Management, familiar with, and comfortable using DOORS.
Experience with integration or validation or verification activities
Experience of Model Based System Engineering (MBSE)
Requirements Capture, experience eliciting requirements from the customer and producing a quality requirement statement
Experience of Design and Architecture

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

Ability to execute simple tasks in isolation and complex tasks with support.
Some management skills and can coach and up skill others.
Understands areas of the V-model and most commonly used engineering practises/techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required to work and act in multidisciplinary teams.
High level of creativity, initiative, pragmatism and persuasiveness.
