Talent and Office Manager – B Corp agency

They are a family founded company, and are well on their way to helping some huge household name organisations become forces for good too.
We are delighted to be helping them on their search to find a Talent and Office Manager to join their team. As a B Corp, hiring someone who is super passionate about driving values and culture is really important to them. This is a key role in the business, working closely with the directors and all members across the business.
Looking after all things 'recruitment' – helping them to develop their brand and displaying their message and ethos of being socially responsible
Be the driver of employee wellbeing, and ensuring high levels of retention are kept
Support staff with career progression and learning/development
Be the leader on the B Corp assessment
Complete HR amin such as payroll and contracts
Be the person to support the team if there are any issues that impact their work/wellbeingExperience you'll need:
2 years experience + in a HR type of role, focused on recruitment, emoloyee relations etc
3 years office management experience, ideally with health and safety
Highly organised, with great attention to detail
Ability to manage relationships at all levels
