Technical Account Manager
to £40,000 (DOE)
A Technical Account Manager needed for a permanent career opportunity based in Leicester. Start asap, ideally September/ October 2022.
A chance to work with a leading provider of cloud-based software.
Key skills, experience + tasks will include:
Provide third-line level of analysis to troubleshoot technical issues + action plan a resolution
Working knowledge of school MIS databases and educational data
Develop a relationship & facilitate regular outreach meetings with Enterprise Clients (who use Xporter Identity and xVault products).
Bridge the gap between customers and the internal technical team
Good Knowledge in school MIS platforms such as SIMS, Arbor and Bromcom
An understanding of Active Directory and how AD integrates into Single Sign-On solutions (SSO)
Proficient in basic SQL and able to read source code
Coach first, second and third-line staff to develop in their respective roles + organizing and facilitating regular review meetings
Desirable: Working knowledge of Azure AD and Office 365 + Schools/ Education sector experience
