We are currently recruiting for Technical Analyst to work for a global banking organization and be responsible for identifying and addressing areas of technology, user journeys, support or processes which are either broken or could be improved.
This role specifically focusses on the needs of Group Executives, General Managers, Non-Exec Directors and their Executive Assistants.
This role will carry out some or all the following activities:
*Challenge the norm and follow through with action to make meaningful change and deliver the best service possible.
*Review the technology an executive use – these will be deeply technical reviews as well as customer journey and experience reviews.
*Create and maintain a mechanism to document & track anything identified.
*Enable wider team members to contribute to the tracker and then the role holder will pick up and own the response to these.
*Create regular management reporting pack and present findings weekly to C-Level and 'Head of's'.
*Track, own and drive with all technology owners until resolved or timelines agreed.
*Have a proactive mindset so issues are addressed before they become a problem.
*Ensure all technologies under management work seamlessly with other linked technologies across the organisation.
*Own the strategic vision and direction for evolving the function.
*A generic background with technology and have experience demonstrating the above competencies.
*Must be self-motivated, comfortable with generating reporting and presenting this to Executive level.
*Defining strategy, prioritising, and chasing through updates with various stakeholders.
*Experience and understanding of VIP/Exec environment, ideally within Financial Services.
