Job Description

My client, a MSP, are looking for a Technical Customer Service Manager to be an a personal point of contact for one of their clients based in Reading.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by making sure that client issues are resolved in a timely manner. You will act as the first point of contact for your client and will be responsible for escalating technical issues on to the service desk team.

The successful candidate will:

Be experienced working in a customer service environment
Have excellent communication skills
Be able to work under pressure
Be passionate about customer care and willing to go the extra mile
Have excellent telephone skills
Be tech savvy and looking for a career in IT
Be a logical thinker
Have excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
Be willing to travel to client sites as and when required

The salary for the role is between £21k-£26k DOE and the benefits include:
