As a Technical Lead, you will be crucial to the team's success, responsible for planning and delivering highly complex technical projects that align with their Total Experience approach. Your role will involve solution design, technical oversight, and leadership across multiple projects, working closely with both technical and non-technical disciplines.

Some of the things you would be doing:

Create technical solution design documents, diagrams, and specifications.
Manage technical team members and resolve project delivery issues.
Collaborate on key technical decisions with the wider team.
Work with Operations and Project Management to allocate team members to suitable tasks and projects.
Understand and work with complex software application architectures, including network infrastructure.
Clearly articulate solution options to colleagues and clients.
Be a proactive self-starter and engage with the development team throughout the application development life cycle.

Is it you?

We're looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

Expert understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies, including Java, Spring Boot, React, and Vue.js.
Experience with data-driven integration solutions and different database technologies.
Clear understanding of system interaction between different layers.
Experience with large web-based applications and content-management systems.
Strong project management and teamwork skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
