    Job Description

    Are you an expert in Salesforce Service Cloud looking for an exciting team leader position?

    This role is working with a large online retailer who is looking to better utilize the capabilities of Salesforce Service Cloud.

    * You will be tasked with training the 3 salesforce administrators who are reporting to you.

    * Helping to develop the functionality/features of Service Cloud

    * BAU/ Maintenance of the system

    * 700 users (External customers) on the system

    * Experience of using community cloud and retail knowledge a bonus

    * 1-2 days per week in the Accrington office with a salary up to £75k per annum
