Assist in designing and implementing new technological environments and services.
Assist in operational activities and business change by serving as a SME for the EUCS technological environment.
Track and measure the Infrastructure Roadmap on all fronts.
Contributing to the roadmap for IT asset management.
Encourage ongoing development and the implementation of IT best practices across all process, metric, and performance domains.
A thorough awareness of the enabling technologies interdependencies and a large company estate's infrastructure.
Capable of producing thorough project documentation for complex technological projects.
Proficient in analysing data and capable of using tools to gain insight
Be informed on new infrastructure and device trends, as well as standards that could improve EUCS technology.
Interacting with technical teams to make sure that designs meet operational concepts.Skills:

Experience of Leadership skills
Ability to operate at a senior level.
Experience of owning mobilisation and demobilisation of FM contracts
