Avanti Recruitment is working with a leading European manufacturer of Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) and we're looking for a Technical Site Manager to join their innovation team and provide complete engineering support to their site-based team of engineers.

As the Technical Site Manager, you will be the focal point for all engineering and R&D matters at our satellite site. Your responsibilities will include supervising all processes, ensuring safe and efficient delivery of maintenance and R&D, maintaining adherence to health and safety standards, and providing reports as needed. You will also be responsible for managing work streams, promoting continuous improvement, and overseeing all site staff.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant technical qualification, proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools, and 1 year of experience in the aircraft or UAS industries. Proven management experience, strong organizational skills, and a proactive attitude are also required.
