Role and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will work mainly to provide first and second line technical support to our customer base. Primarily in the following areas
* Product Data Management Software
* 3D Design Software
* Licensing & Account Queries
Qualifications and Experience required
Expert knowledge of Autodesk Vault software
Advanced knowledge of Autodesk manufacturing design software
GCSE Math’s & English – Grade C (5)
Engineering qualifications would be desirable
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Word & Excel skills
Strong motivated individual who can work within a team, and independently.
Additional Notes
This role has a large potential for advancement for the right person.
Candidates should hold a Clean (UK) Driving license and Passport.
