The role:
The mission of our Customer/Technical Support teams is to provide outstanding customer service while assisting Customers with any technical challenges they may have. We offer around-the-clock.
About you:
* Expertise in delivering exceptional customer service.
* Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, as well as a readiness to work over the phone.
* Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
* Experience dealing with challenging customers.
* Self-driven and driven to succeed.
