Unity5 is transitioning through a huge period of growth after partnering with award winning growth investor, Synova and we’re looking for a number of Technical Support team members to be part of this journey!

Overview on the role

As a Technical Support team member, you will develop your understanding of each of the systems, and be able to assist clients with general enquiries, questions and service requests.

You will be the first point of call for all new queries and cases raised, via phone or helpdesk. You will be able to conduct basic troubleshooting in order to gather as much information on what’s being raised as possible, along with taking relevant steps in attempts to replicate any issues reported.
