Job Description

IT Helpdesk Technician – Windows, Mac, Desktop

Glasgow – £20,000 – £25,000 + Benefits

Applause IT are searching for a IT Helpdesk Technician with experience in dealing with customer issues across both a Windows and Mac operating system who is sought by a scaling managed service organisation based in Glasgow.

The IT Helpdesk Technician will be responsible for providing technical and software support across the businesses customer base. Given the customer-facing focus of the role you will need to be able to work and discuss with both technical teams and non-technical customers.

The successful IT Helpdesk Technician should have:

Minimum of 2 years' experience of investigating software problems on Mac and/or Windows and iOS operating systems
Experience with Serif support systems (Freshdesk ticketing, helpdesk and Jira Bug tracking software) and procedures preferred
Experience of working with Vector, Desktop Publishing and Imaging products preferred
