Job Description

My not-for-profit client is looking for an experienced Technical Support Analyst for a permanent role, which offers up to 80% remote working, with an office location in central Reading. Reporting to the Infrastructure Lead, this role will provide 1st & 2nd Line support across the organisation working with Windows 10 & 11, AD, Office 365, Azure AD and Dynamics.

The postholder will be the first point of technical support contact with the business users, aiming to provide a high level first-time fix across the indicated tech stack. Experience with PC & laptop builds along with decent Azure cloud skills would be necessary. There will be involvement with a Windows 11 rollout and the organisation is currently involved with a cloud migration project.

My client's office is based in central Reading, within walking distance of the main train station and they can provide 80% remote working with just one day a week in the office.
