Technical Support Analyst
London – On-site
Permanent
£35k-£40k per annum
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot & support PC software/hardware, smartphones, application issues, installations, upgrades, cloud data storage, printing, Microsoft O/S, O365, AV, Teams, Zoom, Cloud platforms, SSO & Security
Meet & Support onsite users
Remote support tools to support remote workers
Managing service desk – logging & managing tickets
Hardware & Software upgrades & rolloutsDesired Experience:
High level of communication skills
Enthusiastic & co-operative
Proven working knowledge of technical support in Windows 10, MS Office 365 Admin, Azure AD, Intune, Microsoft Teams, General IT support, OKTA & ZscalerSkills:
Troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
Identify & manager priorities
Time Management
Flexible schedule
