The Role

Two Technical Support Analysts are required to join a growing company looking for talented new team members. The Technical Support Analysts will utilise their great customer service skills to support thousands of users across the UK, and will get the chance to work with Outlook, Office 365, Azure Active Directory, Intune, call logging systems and much more.

The Technical Support Analysts will join a leading global organisation within a truly rewarding industry. The Technical Support Analyst will contribute to a great team environment, which rewards hard work and technical curiosity. The current work pattern in place is a hybrid model of three to four days onsite.

What’s Required?

The ideal candidate for the role will have some of the following:

Great communication skills, ideally with some experience in customer service
Prior experience in a Technical Support Analyst role would be helpful but is not essential
Knowledge of Windows 10 and O365
Any experience with Outlook, Active Directory or call logging systems would also be advantageous
