Current Technical Support Engineers assist a global customer base on a range of products; answering technical queries and problem solving, often interesting mathematical challenges.

You’ll work closely with engineering teams to provide the best level of support to customers and drive improvements across the team. The key requirement is customer support experience at a hardware/software focused company and the ability to problem solve.
