The Opportunity

We have a brand new vacancy for a Technical Systems Support to join our expanding readymix concrete division. This is a fully remote opportunity to help plan, direct and coordinate our numerous systems to play a fundamental part in assisting in the quality and efficiency of technical capture recording and reporting.

This is an exciting new position where you will have the chance to build solid and lasting relationships with senior technical, commercial and operational management across the business.

* You will help collate, cleanse, analyse and maintain data, making recommendations based on analysis.

* Prepare and present reports to inform, review, planning and decision making.

* Help to provide key system’s support to the technical team across the UK.

* Interacting with the area management to highlight trends towards non-conformity.

* Agree and where necessary develop workflow/ procedures for compliance.

Who you are

* Excellent IT skills, Microsoft office etc, experience with the JD Edwards system an advantage

* Experienced ready mix concrete technical professional is desirable but not essential as training will be provided

* Articulate with a keen eye for detail

* Strong communication skills

* Champions best practice and continual improvement

* Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective working relations with others
