Are you an experienced Change Lead, with a demonstrable background in leading the end to end change agenda for technology and Business Products into global markets? Do you have strong experience of engaging with the customer and understanding the impact of change on their business activity? If so, apply now for this 6-month contract.

This role is fully remote and inside IR35.

A global player in the FMCG market is looking for a Business Product Change Lead / Technology Change Lead to drive change and product adoption across their global estate. This is part of a much wider digital transformation programme and so the role could become long term.

The successful Technology Change Lead / Business Product Change Lead will be responsible for the following:

Creation of E2E change and technology adoption plans for global markets – including change, training, comms and adoption
Briefing local teams on product change framework
Identifying key challenges for the impacted community – cultural, behavioural and mindset impacts
Driving and monitoring the adoption of the technology and new ways of working
Act as key conduit between markets and senior stakeholders for product related change
Reporting on change progress
Conducting Lessons Learnt sessions
Delivering BAU exit criteria

To be successful, the Technology Change Lead / Business Product Change Lead will demonstrate previous experience of the above.

Experience in the FMCG market and previous experience of Promotion Planning / Trade Promotion Planning tools would be a bonus but not essential.

The role is fully remote and will pay in the region of £550 per day inside IR35.
