Role – Telephony Support
Location – Remote
Salary – £30,000
We are currently working with a market leading MSP for the hospitality sector, who due to sustained growth are looking for an experienced Telephony support Engineer to join their friendly and tech focussed environment.
As a Telephony Support engineer you will be working directly with the head of telecoms gaining unrivalled industry experience while resolving and escalating issues when required on an array of telecoms devices.

At Least 2 years' experience in 2nd Line Support Role
Experience with telephony systems (Mitel, 3CX, Broadsoft) and SIP technology
Ability to troubleshoot network issues related to telephony.
