Our client, based in London, is experiencing continued growth and is seeking to add a Test lead to their delivery team. As part of this team, you will have the opportunity to work with other talented testers on exciting projects that help their customers deliver quality software more efficiently.

The ideal candidate will be an ambitious and engaged functional Test Lead who has hands-on experience in all aspects of functional testing including system, system integration and user acceptance testing. They should be comfortable working with stakeholders to define quality test scenarios and should be adept in identifying and raising quality software defects.

Key Skills and Experience

* 5+ Years functional test experience across system, system integration, endto-end and user acceptance testing

* Experienced defining Functional level Test Approach

* Experienced in defining and maintaining quality test scenarios and scripts using various design inputs

* Utilising exploratory testing techniques to improve testing coverage

* Identification and creation of quality system defects

* Providing regular and accurate updates on testing progress through project trackers

* Identifying and escalating any project risks and issues

* Utilising risk based test techniques to prioritise workloads

* Able to provide peer review and direction to junior team members

* Estimating and planning of test activities

* Excellent communication and collaboration skills with client stakeholders and third parties

* Experienced in Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies

Desirable Skills

* Knowledge of automation test techniques

* Knowledge of nonfunctional testing including Performance and Operation acceptance testing

* Eligible for UK Security clearance

* Hands on experience in any of the following technologies or platforms

* Salesforce

* ServiceNow

* Dynamics 365

* Workday/payroll

* Sap4HANA

* AWS
