Are you a highly motivated Tier 2 Engineer who is looking for a challenging opportunity where you can take on a senior role within a well-established company?

This MSP have a small and friendly team and offer great benefits to their employees. Because of the company's growth, an opportunity has opened up for an experienced Tier 2 IT Support Engineer to join the team.

In this role, you will take on a senior role where you will plan and run 3rd line projects as well as carry out the day-to-day 2nd line duties You will also play a leadership role, offering mentorship to more junior members of the team.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in an MSP and be comfortable taking phone calls and providing support & troubleshooting assistance. They will have experience in Azure and Office 365 and have worked on projects before. They will also need their own car and a full driving license.

This is a great opportunity for anyone who wants to become the go-to technical person within an MSP, operating at a senior level in a challenging and rewarding role.
