    Job Description

    Group 8 are an Apple Authorised Service Provider based in Edenbridge who are looking for an individual with a passion for technology and good communication skills to train as an IT Support Technician.

    The successful candidate will be trained as an Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT) and Apple Certified iOS Technician (ACiT) – these are worldwide certifications.

    The Trainee IT Support Technician job involves learning about Apple related technologies and providing IT Support to our customers both remotely and on site. It also involves diagnosing and repairing Apple Mac, iPhone and other Apple devices in our busy repair centre.

    Job Role of the Trainee IT Support Technician

    * IT Support

    * Diagnosis of faults and carrying out repairs

    * Running through a strict process of Apple diagnostics to confirm a successful repair

    * Relevant Repair Centre admin duties

    * A requirement to deliver exceptional customer service and support, by phone and face to face

    The Trainee IT Support Technician role includes a pension scheme where appropriate
