Job Title: Trainee IT Helpdesk Analyst
Salary: £20,000 to £25,000 plus Benefits
Based in their head office in Cheadle this global manufacturing company is looking to offer someone with experience in customer service the opportunity to be trained in IT to become an IT Helpdesk Analyst.
For your probationary period, to allow training the role will be 100% office based moving to four days a week in the office once you are fully up and running.
We are looking at someone with strong experience in customer services with excellent communication skills both face to face and over the phone.
This role is to provide a bridge between the users and the IT team to ensure feedback is provided and fixes are chased up in a timely and efficient manner.
Initially you will be working on purchasing and installing IT equipment for a variety of office based users while being trained up to be able to work on basic IT tickets form their service desk system.
If you have some knowledge of IT that would be great however they are happy to fully train the right candidate in all areas of IT.
Key Experience Required
You will have excellent customer service experience with a friendly and clear phone manner.
You will be amazingly organised and will have a passion for and a real desire to break into the IT sector.
