A Trainee IT Support Engineer is required for a Managed Service Provider (MSP), based near Gatwick. A salary of up to £22,500 is offered, depending on experience.

You will work alongside the rest of the support team, reporting into the Network Manager, supporting multiple clients. You will be given full training on every aspect of the role.

This role would be ideal for a recent graduate (from an IT degree), who wants to pursue a long, successful career in IT, who lives locally to Gatwick.

The role will involve the following duties –

–          Answering the phone and assigning tickets for jobs
–          Triage service tickets via email to the senior team
–          Attempt to resolve initial tickets if possible
–          Identify any repeat issues/patterns
