Job Description
Training Lead – 2 days a week in the Office near Gunnersbury / Richmond, 3 from home & OUTSIDE IR35
My client, voted one of the best places to work in the UK, are looking for a Training Lead to own, lead and execute the user training responsibilities, working with multiple business teams and dedicated SMEs
The key responsibilties include:
Conducting a training needs assessment for all impacted stakeholder groups
Developing a training strategy and agendas for training
Including assessment of most appropriate training channels (classroom, videos, eLearning, quick cards, etc)
And identification of required resources to create, deliver and embed training
Preparing training materials for the delivery of training to end users of the new solution
Providing training to end users of the new solution
Including providing users with D365 fundamentals product training equivalent to Microsoft's MB-910 prior to them receiving train-the-trainer training (also recommended for end users)If you are someone that is looking to work on a project that will run for at least 6 months and is an Outside IR35 role with flexible working at a wonderful organisation that is supportive and family focussed, then please get your CV in ASAP so that we can discuss it with you
