Transformation Change Manager

Up to £60,000 base + Bonus

Immediate start

London – Hybrid working

Our Client, a leading MSP has a mission to become the leading B2B integrated technology solutions provider. They have ambitious plans to grow significantly and therefore requires a major programme of transformation.

You will be part of a Business Transformation team and will be responsible for driving and accelerating change and transformation across people, process and systems. As the Change Manager you will be:

Supporting change initiatives with additional resource and skills, from Project Managers to Business Analysts and technical experts
Owning some of the major 70+ business-wide initiatives including Robotic Process Automation, ServiceNow implementation, Process Re-engineering, CRM implementation and ERP replacement.
Providing portfolio management for all change initiatives ensuring they are assessed, prioritised, sequenced and governed to maximise benefit to customers and co-workers, supported by robust Change Management

The Transformation Management Office (TMO) delivers the Portfolio Management, Project Management and Change Management capabilities to Business Transformation and the wider business.

The Change Manager will work within the TMO, focused on driving change and adoption within the organisation. You will focus on all aspects of transformational change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organisation structures.

You will create and implement change management strategies and plans that maximise change sustainability and minimise resistance. You will also:

Guide leaders in change management, execution, reporting and benefits
Deliver change to take others on the journey by providing credible advice and guidance on what short and longer-term change will bring
Lead the creation, delivery and management of communications for Business Transformation
Leading and managing Business Transformation's Change Network
Conducting assessments for change readiness and developing change management plans in response. This could include identifying key stakeholders and suitable communication channels, identifying and managing anticipated resistance and taking advantage of change champions and change networks
Supporting the design and delivery of training programs to embed new ways of working, processes, and initiatives
Ensuring change management is an inherent part of Business Transformation by building strong relationships and integrating change management within Business Transformation initiativesTo be successful in this role, it is important that you have:

Significant experience in applying change management principles, methodologies and tools in the delivery of business change
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to explain complex concepts
Proven ability to use technology to communicate effectively across a range of formats including presentations, newsletters, intranets, digital signage and email
Experience in delivering transformational change driven by business strategy, working with C-suite stakeholders to embed business mission, vision, and supporting programmes
Pride in the quality of your work, setting the standard for those in the team
A passion for technology and its ability to have a positive impact on business
Experience in defining, establishing, and executing change readiness programmes and training activities
Prosci accreditation
Previous experience in a channel/reseller business
Project management experience across both waterfall and agile projectsAs an experienced Change Manager, you will be self-driven, passionate about process and technology and has come in to start processes from scratch. This will be a challenging position and one that requires someone with tenacity and not afraid to get your hands dirty!
