Job Title: Transition Specialist – IT Services

Location: Fully Remote

Salary: £30,000 – £40,000

Job Description:

We're looking for an experienced Transition Specialist to join our IT Services team. In this role, you'll be responsible for working closely with our clients as you help them with the delivery of service transition offered by rMS. You will ensure that the transition is as smooth and efficient as possible, providing technical assistance along the way as you manage and implement protocols and procedures.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Proven experience working in an ITIL Environment
A strong background of using Microsoft technologies
Documentation of solutions into rMS Knowledge Base
Explore and create now solutions for rMS
Currently hold, or be able to hold SC security clearance
Stakeholder management both internally, and externally
Act as a point of escalation for the team
Manage/ create all processes for technical Service Transition
Proficient in process documentation and reporting
Plan and Coordinate automation processes
Investigate and resolve issues related
